| RegisterFly claim to be one of the cheapest registrars and indeed they may be so. But my experience with them has been negative from the start. Having tried to register a simple geekwithstyle.co.uk domain only to find it had not been processed two days later I contact their support desk. They promised an answer within 24 hours. Ten days later they deign to reply - it was a technical hitch. They clear the domain from my list and ask me to register again. I try, four or five times. I contact them - no response for ten days again. Another technical hitch. Finally at the end of my tether I ask for a refund - that was ten days ago, and once again they have their clients jumping through hoops to get even a response - never mind their cash back. I am disgusted with the service this company have provided. I was looking for a company to recommend to my clients, as I am a website designer - it will not be this company. In fact I have been warning my clients to stay clear. |

| have to wait at least 30 minutes for support. They clamin they have a live chat support, but does not work most of the time. Also be carefull they suspend accounts without warnings. |

| I wanted to use Registerfly just for Domain registration. For 5 days I tried to transfer 3 domains under their $6.99 special but their shopping cart wouldn't accept their special code to get this price. Tried several times and even called and was told to retry in a half hour and it should work.
Well an hour later their code still didn't work. Tried to back order domains that were mine but my last register didn't transfer them in time before they expired (why I am looking for a new Registrar) and the back order Hot deal code didnt work either. And in trying the shopping cart deleted the cart contents. I saw that they were having a .info domain sale for $.75 so I thought what the hell and tried ordering it. Went thru the entire shopping cart entered payment info and when the final checkout came about what was charged was the 3 domain transfers at the NON SALE price.
I immediately did a support ticket telling them my problem and with a day they told me they were having a problem but its being fixed and to retry everything the next day.
Well I tried again 5 days later and their shopping cart is still not working, their hot deal specials dont work. and was on the phone to tech support for 30 minutes before giving up

| I have had a bad experience with Register Fly. They first locked up my domain to where I couldn't even access it to renew it and turned it into an ad-farm for an estimated FULL YEAR according to support. What a shitty policy. Sure, I didn't want my domain anymore, but when I saw it was a link farm, I wanted to buy it back. I threatened legal action which I was more than ready to engage in, and they unlocked my domain. I shouldnt have to go through that as a paying customer of two years. Secondly, their servers are BLISTERING SLOW. Would not reccomend. |

| I have wriitten numerous complaints about Registerfly. If you deal with them your site will go down for days at a time. First the response will be it will be working in 8-12 hours then it will be more than 24 hours. Has I write this my site has been down for more than two days. Registerfly has made numerous attempts to bill me for services that I already paid for. Then Registerfly will threaten to cancel your account if you don'y pay. Of course ten days latter when they admit to the mistake you are still out 10 days of service. Not sure if there is a provider that is worst than Registerfly. |

| Overall, poor. Nice prices compared to some, although don't be fooled by that. They lack SO much in support that it's unbelievable. Don't expect your email to be answered quickly, or even efficiently at that. Backordering service is with another 3rd party so they have lots of misunderstandings with that, and the backordering service is pathetic. Must be avoided in my opinion. |

| The only good thing about registerfly is the price... and even then... its not that good....
The customer support is terrible, poor features and its not the easiest system to use either... |

| THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY EITHER. IT'S A HOME OPERATION RUN BY A BUNCH OF IDIOT KIDS WITH THEIR HEADS UP THEIR ASS. THEY NEVER ANSWER SUPPORT QUESTIONS AND THEIR SEVERS RUN SLOWER THAN A COMMODORE 64. AND GOD FORBID IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEY'RE RENEWAL PROCESS. OMG! DON'T EVEN LET ME GET STARTED! | Every time I try to renew my domains I have a problem with the billing process. When I create a support ticket it just won't be answered and when you call the customer support service, you have to wait for 30 min. Right now I have my domains down because, for some technical reasons, they are unable to renew them... |
